To facilitate and empower branch operations personnel to achieve superior performance and deliver customer service by inculcating a customer centric culture and regularly recommending and implementing processes and procedures that reduce costs, improve service quality, reduce errors and turnaround times per transaction
This is a key position in the branch and requires a self motivated, customer centric, thorough, decisive, analytical and dynamic individual with extensive branch operations experience and people management
Customer attraction, satisfaction and retention, Control of branch books of accounts and financial management, Enhance adherence to processes procedural controls, and policies, Scrutinise all transactions in the branch and validating general ledger entries, People management, Risk and security management, quality control and administration, Management of information systems, Deputizing the branch manager
Initiative, being proactive, attention to detail, decisiveness and team spirit, Thorough knowledge of bank processes and procedures including Know your customer requirements, Good people skills, communication and negotiable skills, Effective planning and organization, Knowledge of Banking software and general computer skills
Applicants should have a business related Bachelor’s Degree or ACB and a minimum of 4 yrs experience in branch operations and people management
