Deloitte seeks the following candidates on a contract basis for the program period:
Internal Controls Officer
At least a Master’s Degree in an audit related field with;
- Experience in planning, organizing and carrying out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan,
- Conducting risk assessment of all programme components.
- Reporting risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the programme management team and providing recommendations for improving the programme operations.
- Identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses and engaging in continuous staff capacity building on best practices.
- Reviewing the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and ensure that all action items are resolved.
- Evaluating information security and associated risk exposures.
- Evaluate the organisation’s readiness in case of business interruption,
- Providing support to the programme’s anti-fraud programs,
- Minimum 8 years professional experience.
