Social Impact is requesting CVs from qualified Senior-level Conflict-sensitive M&E Specialists to be part of its roster to respond to future USAID/OTI's PDQ III IQC task orders.
Interested candidates should only apply if they meet the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years' previous experience performing assessment, design, monitoring, and evaluation of activities and programs implemented in transitional environments;
- Previous experience working with USAID or USAID/OTI (preferred); and
- Familiarity with USAID Evaluation Policy and other directives.
