Company Controlling Manager/Financial Manager
As a Company Controlling Manager you will work in the Johannesburg company control hub which is responsible for a number of legal entities and branch offices in the southern and eastern part of Africa.
The Company Controlling Manager’s main responsibilities are to ensure high quality in accounting, assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to provide expert financial advice
Key Responsibilities
Ensure correct Legal Entity Income Statements and Balance Sheets
Assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements
Ensure appropriate legal entity equity and profit levels
Provide expert financial advice
Ensure alignment with global financial processes and accounting directives
Provide accurate legal forecasts
Identify and mitigate financial risks
Manage timely period end closing
Signoff of applicable SOX controls
Manage statutory audits
Drive efficiency and quality programs within Company Controlling
