The Evaluator (consultant) must have expertise and knowledge in:
- Evaluation
- Livelihoods/Nutrition
- Working experience in Countries that experienced shock and/or stress
- Technical expertise in particular the treatment of acute malnutrition—wasting.
- Technical expertise in livelihood cash and voucher transfers systems
- World Food Programme experience is desirable
- Excellent command of English and Portuguese (to work in the field and be able to read/understand all the documentation and write the evaluation report)
- Demonstrated experience in designing methodology and data collection tools
- Conducting fieldwork and writing reports
- Participating in stakeholder meetings
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Technical expertise in particular the treatment of acute malnutrition—wasting.
Project duration: Approximately 4 months. Estimated LOE = 40 days from January to May 2014.
