NIRAS is currently looking for experienced Climate Change and Capacity Building experts for assignments in Africa and the Caribbean Region.
Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in natural resource management or other related discipline
- Fluency in spoken and written English and/or French
Professional Experience Required
- Experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
- 10 years of working experience in natural resource management in developing countries
- Experience with donor financed (EU and bilateral) projects
- Experience on institutional strengthening and policy development
- Experience on climate change and/or energy security
- Experience on integrating environmental and climate change issues into national strategies
- Capacity building skills
- Working experience in Africa and/or the Caribbean
