Office Orderly AT SADC Secretariat

The SADC Secretariat invites suitably qualified and experienced applicants who are citizens of Botswana to apply for the position of Office Orderly.
Overall Purpose of the job: To ensure cleanliness of Offices and timely delivery of all mail to intended recipient.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
  • General Cleaning of Offices;
  • Distributing of Mail;
  • Preparing and making tea/refreshments for meetings;
Qualifications: Junior Certificate
Experience: At least 2 years demonstrable working experience as Office Orderly.

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail/Accuracy
  • Service oriented and commitment
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
Duration of the Contract: Two (2) years.
Remuneration: US$ 6, 591.00 – 11, 547.00 per annum
