Description:		Technical cooperation and official development assistance programme (TCODAP) is a project to support South Africa’s coordination, management, monitoring and reporting on ODA in alignment with the country’s strategic development priorities, which includes the efficient and effective implementation of development partner financed activities. It is envisaged the programme shall commence in March 2014 for a period of 12 months. Cardno are very interested in this forthcoming programme and is seeking Senior International, Regional and National expertise.
Qualifications:		We anticipate the programme will require a Capacity Building Expert with the following skills and experience: Educated to at least Master’s degree level in development economics,  social sciences, or equivalent related disciplines or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer skills and fluent in written and spoken English Strong report and proposal writing skills Minimum of 7 years working experience in development cooperation sector Relevant professional experience in supporting implementation of national policies Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the monitoring and evaluation of programmes Extensive knowledge of European Commission's Project Cycle Management methodology. An in depth understanding of knowledge management processes Relevant working experience in South Africa or the SADC region
