- Develop and Implement a comprehensive Bottler QESH Plan supporting the BU QESH goals. Accelerate Quality and EOSH systems improvement across the supply chain, including the new KORE requirements in the Bottling Plants, Fountain Operations, Distribution centers and Market Place and ensuring 100% compliance to Company and SABU Quality, Environment and Health and Safety related Policies, Requirements and Specifications as well as aligned with the Franchise Business Plan.
- Actively report to the Franchise and Technical leadership team on progress and necessary action plans to drive improved performance.
- Coach and support the bottler management teams and personnel and optimize their activities so that they can positively and significantly impact quality, packaging, environmental, health and safety performance results.
- Accelerate Quality and EOSH systems improvement across the supply chain, including the new KORE requirements fountain operations, distribution centers and market place and ensuring 100% compliance to Company and SABU technically related policies, requirements and specifications.
- Champion and support the bottling plants in order to accelerate improvement in all its aspects, eliminating potential technical business risks and achieving excellence in the bottling plants programs and processes. This will require very close working with Bottler Management and staff in order to identify all improvement opportunities and set accurate and detailed corrective action plans
