The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post ofProgramme Officer, Biosafety.
Under the supervision of the Director, African Biosafety Network Expertise (ABNE) and the Kampala Nodal Coordinator or their delegates, the Programme Officer, Biosafety is part of the African Biosafety Network Expertise (ABNE) mission that provides science based information and technical support to biotechnology regulatory agencies on the continent. The incumbent will work with the Director, Kampala Nodal Coordinator and other Programme Officers of ABNE to provide general advisory services with regards to biotechnology and biosafety to ABNE, AU member states and Sub-regional organisations.
