- University degree in public administration, strategic planning or related field;
General professional experience: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience;
Specific professional experience:
- Proven experience in organizational development and institutional capacity building in the public sector context.
- Extensive experience in the design, facilitation and development of public sector strategic plans.
- Knowledge of the Democratic Governance Sector policy environment in Malawi will be an added advantage.
The consultancy team should generally have the following attributes and skills:
- Fluent in both spoken and written in English
- Excellent analytical and interview skills
- Active listening and excellent report writing skills
