Main Purpose
This vacancy calls for an individual who has detailed knowledge and working experience in the field of Construction and contractor Management. As a minimum, the incumbent should be skilled in Oil & Gas Standards, Conceptual Designs, Terminal CAD Sketches, Tender package Preparations, Contracts Management, Budgeting and Scheduling Management. A high level of energy and ability to manage a diverse and challenging workload as well as a strong Pro-HSE mentality
Key Responsibilities
• Construction of Petroleum Depots, Offshore Mooring Systems and Jetties.
• Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction (e.g. API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc.)
• Manage resources and equipment to achieve contract completion within budget and time
• To participate in regular meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays execution of work to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction (e.g. API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc.)
• Manage resources and equipment to achieve contract completion within budget and time
• To participate in regular meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays execution of work to ensure timely project completion
