Responsible for achieving growth I line with the SACCO’s strategy, the candidate will have the experience in formulating and executing marketing proposals and providing bi-monthly reports
Preparation of monthly member mobilisation targets, Carrying out member mobilisation activities including campaigns, Propose interventions to improve the quality of service, Execute approved interventions to improve the quality of service, Prepare bi-monthly and monthly report to management
A Diploma in Marketing, At least 3 yrs hands-on experience in customer mobilisation, Energetic and willing to travel to rural areas, Excellent communication skills, High degree of honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability
