Diploma in insurance, A minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar role, Must have a good knowledge and experience working in general insurance (non-live) company Well presentable and must have technical know-how in processing of general insurance claims

Attending to claimants, Verifying and opening claim files, Arranging and attending to claims inspections and surveys in line with company procedures, Recommending claim settlement to the Claims Manager, Arranging and pursuing facultative reinsurance recoveries and third parties recoveries, Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Claims Manager

Strong personality, Good negotiation skills, Ability to remain calm stressful situations, Able to abide to strict regulations and deadlines, Good research and analytical skills
