Senior HR Administrator
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
Management of Recruitment, placement and induction of new staff, Maintenance of existing staff complement,
Maintain staff records and files, payroll, Pension Fund, Medical Fund, Workers Compensation, Staff loans, Educational loans, Leave management, Performance Management and KPIs, Senior staff benefits, Expat and volunteer assistance (TEP/VISA/TRP), Manage staff contracts of employment , Manage Probation, Disciplinary actions, Dismissals, Terminations and exit processes, Secretarial duties of the Senior Management team, Assist with Organisational Development, Change Management and succession processes, Manage staff newsletter, Manage employee well being, Advisor to line mangers in all matters related to staff management
Applicant should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, 3-7 yrs experience in HR management
