We invite qualified, highly motivated and well experienced persons to apply for the following position
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager – INGO Consortium ECHO Program- Lilongwe
The position is available for a period of 12 months
The MEAL Manager- INGO Consortium ECHO Program will report to the Senior Programme Manager- ECHO food security and will be responsible for providing technical leadership on Monitoring a, Evaluation, Accountability and learning to INGO ECHO Food security programme, The candidate should be ready to lead on strategic planning on MEAL with programme manager and partner M&E staff to achieve significant programme impact, S/he should have knowledge on analysing and communicating all MEAL information to consortium partners and wide audience and ensure that the organisation delivers all internal and external MEAL requirements in a timely manner wand with high quality information, to consortium partners and wide audience and ensure that the organisation delivers all internal and external MEAL requirements in a timely manner and with high quality information
The applicant should have at least a first Degree in Statistics, demography, Social Science or any other relevant disciplines with at least 5 yrs experience of working in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning roles, S/he should have demonstrable extensive and substantive relevant practical experience in designing and implementing programme related studies, assessments and learning in coordination and cooperation with thematic coordinators and programme staff
