OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location:  Lilongwe
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Administration Officer, the office assistant main responsibility is to maintain clean offices for a conducive working environment.
 DUTIES
·         Maintain a clean working environment by ensuring that office work space, kitchen and toilets are cleaned on daily basis
·         Prepare tea for staff
·         Run office errands – mail dispatch from the post office, dropping mail to courier offices, to and from the bank.
·         Ensuring that the windows and doors are securely locked at the end of the day.
·         Inspect and receive office supplies.
·         Maintain store room bin cards.
·         Photocopying and binding documents.
Qualifications:
·         MSCE
·         At least three years’ experience in office services in a busy environment.
·         Well versed in computer skills like Microsoft word and excel.
