Identification of appropriate beneficiaries for our loan products and other services, Establishment of the groups of beneficiaries after proper screening, Training of credit groups in group dynamics, credit methodology and business management skills for the successful implementation of the programme, Preparation f Loan requests ad disbursement of loans according to MLF credit procedures, facilitation of loan repayment meetings, Monitoring of the performance of the groups and report to Branch any deviations from the methodology, Formulation of weekly and fortnightly plans, Reporting work progress to the branch Manager
Applicants should at least possess a Diploma in Agriculture, Community development, Business Management or related discipline with credits in Mathematics at MSCE level, Computer literacy is a must, Those with motorcycle riding licence will have an added advantage
