International Good Financial Governance Expert (up to 24 months)
- broad experience in procurement process and infrastructure (10-15 years) with a minimum of 8 years in development cooperation
- familiar with Good Financial Governance concept
- professional experience in public procurement in developing countries
- professional experience in developing training curricula (continuation of the POEMA training concept)
- experience in cooperation and networking in national and international contexts
- experience in decentralized planning and finance, including Mozambique
- strong advisory skills
- 5 years of working experience in Mozambique
- excellent in Portuguese and fluent in English.
