COMESA invites eligible Individual Consultants to submit their Curriculum Vitae’s (CVs) for a consultancy to produce an in-depth and detailed COMESA Information Technology (IT) Strategy specifically focussing on the development of a comprehensive common market information system. This is in line with the mandate of the Division specified in Article 139 of the COMESA Treaty. This IT Strategy will be used as a road-map for the Division's annual work plan and will benefit all the COMESA Member States. It will aim to cover all the relevant areas of Information Technology that can directly contribute to the attainment of regional integration through the various programmes.
