International Procurement and Infrastructure Expert (up to 24 months)
- broad international experience in Good Financial Governance and External Audit (more than 15 years with a minimum of 8 years in development cooperation)
- working experience in international networks of Supreme Audit Institutions
- familiar with the specific Mozambican audit system
- strong advisory skills in strategic, organisational and technical external audit matters, including developing interfaces with internal control, performance audit, extractive industries, certification of auditors, and communication with Parliament, media, and citizens
- familiar with the German and international development system, working experiences with development partner dialog groups
- working experience in Mozambique
- excellent in Portuguese and fluent in English.
