Project Title: 2014-2015 training programme on "Effective design and management of trade and private sector development assistance"

- The expert will coordinate with DEVCO.C4 all the phases of training development, delivery and facilitation, as well as reporting.
- Master's degree in a field related to one or more of the areas to be addressed during the training, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years' documented work experience in the identification, design and implementation of PSD, access to finance and Trade Related Assistance programmes in developing countries ;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent facilitation skills, with a focus on hands-on practical training;
- Extensive experience in design and delivery of adult training;
- Proficiency in English, and a working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus;
- Good reporting skills;
- Well-informed about EU trade policy and EU external aid policies;
- Conversant with the principles and methodologies of project cycle management and aid delivery.
