Item Processing Officer

Job Description
To efficiently and effectively support Banking and Service Delivery Division on the processing side, ensuring that operational risk is well managed so that the Bank does not suffer loss financially or reputation as a result of incorrect processing, fraud, delays and errors.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Processing of all manual outward and inward payments.
Ensure all corporate and customer payments are processed on the Local payment system within the cut-off time.
Processing of EFT / RTGS Payments / Entries
Printing and distributing of SWIFT messages
Daily and monthly filing.
Inputting SWIFT messages manual payments
Queries.
Printing of Balances and Statements from Ebbs for various departments.
Printing and faxing customer statements as per customer requests.
Update and record
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum education of A Level Certificate.
Knowledge of Clearing House Rules & Regulations.
Computer knowledge – CATS, SWIFT, SAMEX, EXCEL, WORD
Adequate knowledge of Banking Accounting
