Marketing Associate
This position reports to the Country Sales Manager and is tenable at Head Office in Blantyre. The role provides support in the areas of market research, product development, and branding and market campaigns.
Customer Service Officer
This position reports to the Country Sales Manager and is tenable at Head Office in Blantyre. The role coordinates the provision of service to customers as well as building of relationships with new and existing clients.
Human Resources Associate
This position is tenable at Head Office in Blantyre and reports to the Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be assisting the Manager in handling and coordinating human resources programs, policies and activities which include recruitment and retention; talent management, performance management, and employee relations among others.
Senior Corporate Sales Executive
This position is tenable at Lilongwe Branch as well as at Head Office in Blantyre and reports to the Branch Manager and the Sales Manager — Brokers, respectively. The successful candidate will largely be responsible for growing the general insurance business to meet set annual targets.
