HTC Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Provide HIV counselling and testing services
-
Monitor and ensure appropriate referrals of clients to pycho-social units
-
Maintain accurate client record and ensure confidentiality
-
Maintain high quality records
-
Prepare and submit activity reports
Qualification & Experience
-
Diploma in Nursing with a minimum experience of 2 years’ in Clinical setting
- Certificate in HIV Testing and Counselling
Skills and Competencies
-
Clear understanding of HIV Testing and Counselling

Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter and effective team player
HTC Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Coordinate planning for clinic sites
-
Coordinate demand creation activities
-
Supervision of HTC teams
-
Provide timely program monthly reports
-
Ensure targeted testing in communities increase
-
Ensure programme information is updated and well secured
-
Coordinate follow-up of all referrals and updating of clients records
-
Facilitates timely updating of inventory and stocks for the programme
Qualification & Experience
-
Bachelor of Science in nursing and registered with Nurses and Midwives’ council of Malawi with at least 2 years Project management experience
Skills and Competencies

Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills

Good experience in working with different teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good facilitation and strong leadership skills

Good report writing skills
- Be self-starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable result-oriented track record
