Parliamentary Usher Wanted at Parliament of Malawi

Post: Parliamentary Usher

Grade: O/GII

Responsible to : Head Parliamentary Usher

Salary: Within salary range applicable to Grade 0 in the Parliamentary Service

Purpose of the Job

The post exists to run office errands

Duties:

1. Cleaning offices and premises;
2. Posting and collecting mail at the post office,
3. Running official errands;
4. Moving files from office to office:
5. Preparing and serving tea and refreshments for staff.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Plus two (2) years’ experience ushering/Messengerial duties required.
