Team Leader
The team leader (Category I Expert) must have an appropriate higher level degree (Masters Level) in a relevant field of study, preferably social sciences, development or related field and not less than 12 years of solid work experience and expertise in development programmes in the field of Gender, HIV/AIDS, and social development. If no Masters level then he/she has to have at least 15 years of professional experience in the above mentioned fields.
He/she should have specific knowledge of EU evaluation methodology. Experience in design and implementation of projects in the above mentioned areas would be an advantage.
He/she should have good understanding and knowledge of the social and political realities in Southern Africa.
Excellent written and spoken English, as well as good personal and communication skills are required.
