This post is located in the Distribution Section, Production and Support Service, Division of Conference Management.
Education
Advanced level university degree in administration, management, publishing, meetings/event management or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an advance university degree.
Work Experience
At least five years of experience in administration, management, publishing, conference services or related area, of which three years must be within an international environment. Experience supervising staff is required. Experience providing conference services to meetings is desirable. Experience with document management systems is an asset.
Languages
Fluency in English or French, knowledge of the other. Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable.
