Beat Aids Project Zimbabwe (BAPZ) is a local NGO (PVO 18/2013) based in Victoria Falls seeking an HR consultant to develop comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures in collaboration with BAPZ management and in line with the laws of Zimbabawe and comparable organisations.

- The consultant will have not less than three years of experience in human resources management, Public Administration or as a practicing lawyer specializing in labour issues.
- Wide knowledge and experience of human resources policy development of NGOs or donor funded projects.
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and development techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
- The period of engagement shall be two weeks of which one week will be on site.
- CV detailing clients and previous work completed.
