Finance Manager (Beira, Mozambique)

Preferably Woman in the age of 30 -40
Outline of duties:

Providing management with financial information and the interpretation thereof.
Ensuring the organization's compliance to local legislation.
Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends.
Researching the different factors that influence business performance.
Developing management mechanisms in the organization to minimize financial risk and fraud.
Reviewing and evaluating cost reduction opportunities open to the organization.
Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the organization's finances.
Working with auditors.
Managing the organization's budgets.
Updating the firm regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the organization's business operation.
Setting and allocating targets to financial staff and organizing staff training.
Maintaining adequate insurance cover for the organization's assets and other mandatory insurance cover.

Qualifications:

Degree in Financial Management.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Drivers License.
Starting in the range of USD$36K - 40K per annual PLUS Vehicle, telephone, fuel for vehicle and lunch.
Must available to start immediately.
