SECTION SUPERVISORS (16 POSITIONS)
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must have;
• Malawi school Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Diploma n Agriculture or irrigation technology
• At least 2 years experience working in similar position
• Knowledge and experience in pre-task safety risk assessment and controls
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the section Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for;
• Supervision of all cane growing operations in the section
• Ensuring safety of all section employees
• Handling staff grievances and disciplinary issues in the section
