1 International Procurement Process and Infrastructure Expert (up to 24 months)
The expert should have:
- Broad experience in procurement process and infrastructure (10-15 years) with a minimum of 8 years in development cooperation
- Familiar with Good Financial Governance concept
- Professional experience in public procurement in developing countries,
- Professional experience in developing training curricula (continuation of the POEMA training concept)
- Experience in cooperation and networking in national and international contexts
- Experience in decentralized planning and finance, including Mozambique
- Strong advisory skills
- 5 years of working experience in Mozambique
Language Skills:
Excellent in Portuguese and fluent in English.
