Creative Associates International (Creative) is a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm based in Washington, DC that specializes in international development in the areas of education, democratic transitions, and post-conflict stabilization, usually with a strong community focus. We are looking for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultants.
The Consultant in DM&E will have past experience in monitoring and evaluating international education programs. He/she will provide support to ongoing proposals and projects, including participation in program design sessions (prior to implementation) and technical assistance (during program implementation). She/he will help design M&E resources and assist Creative staff in their use (i.e. indicator database, standardized M&E systems, M&E plan templates, theories of change, logic models, results framework, among others) and provide quantitative and qualitative support through short-term technical assistance (STTA) to projects as needed, including support on quantitative/qualitative method design and data analysis. Past work in conflict stressed countries a plus.
