Project Description
Technical Assistance services to the National Institute of Meteorology (INAM) in Mozambique:
- Project name: Climate Resilience, Transforming Hydro-Meteorological Services Project
- Nordic Development Fund / Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (INAM)
- Main purpose of the project is to provide overall implementation support and institutional and organisational development support to INAM.
Qualifications and Professional Experience Required

- Master’s degree in meteorological sciences or similar discipline
- Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English
- At least 15 years of experience in institutional development and/or organisational development in meteorological field
- Knowledge of climate change adaptation in Africa
- Capacity building and knowledge transfer skills
- Working experience in Africa
Assignment Duration: Full time 5 years
