Interim Evaluation of Public Health Finance Management in the Mozambican Ministry of Health
EUROPE Ltd is looking for 2 experts for 20 working days each with the following requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting/ Business Administration, Economics, health system management or related fields;
- 12+years of experience in international audit or a related area such as finance, accounting, business administration/ analysis;
- 12+years of experience in financial accounting with the ability to review and analyze financial information, including budget;
- Certification from an internationally recognized accountancy body or internal audit body;
- Proven grasp of financial and fiduciary concepts, preferably related to developing countries/ development aid;
- Excellent English skills and medium level Portuguese are required.
