Partnership Coordinator – Blantyre - Save the Children
Reporting to the Project Manager – Quality Learning Environment (QLE) with indirect line management to the Project Manager – Child Rights Governance (CRG0, the Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating capacity development interventions to strengthen capacity of implementing partners to implement effective, evidence based strategies in the Quality Learning and accountability (QLA) project targeted districts in line with SCI and govt policies and standards; promoting save the Children’s Theory of Change, and Program Quality Framework; and creating opportunities for effective integration of Quality Learning Environment (QLE) and Child Rights Governance (CRG) components of the QLA project, She/he will ensure effective partnership, collaboration and joint planning of project activities with implementing partners and relevant stakeholders, She/he will support monitoring, evaluation, documentation and dissemination of the project’s achievements/successes, lessons learned, case studies and best practices, In addition the incumbent will be required to demonstrate high level of flexibility, creativity, innovativeness, hard work and focus
Applicants should have a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Science, or any related development studies with experience in literacy and numeracy interventions, girls’ education, teacher continuous professional development, programs for vulnerable children, Experience in Child Rights programming will be an added advantage
