Processing Shift Coordinator – Lilongwe – Limbe Leaf Tobacco
Ensure adherence to all customer processing quality and factory production standards, Prepare and oversee daily and weekly factory cleaning schedules, Allocate and supervise labour and ensure the attendance, absenteeism and PPE registers are properly maintained, Prepare budgets for labour and related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Plan and ensure adherence to weekly maintenance programs, Monitor various technical equipment and scales through calibration and procedural checks and verify attendant documentation on a scheduled basis, Coordinate downtime related corrective action with factory and engineering management, Organisation (ISO) and general standards and procedures are strictly followed, Ensure that factory Health Safety and Environment (HSE), International Standards, Develop, review and effect procures for accountability of processing equipment, procession tools, materials and tobacco products, Investigate production quality related issues
and implement remedial action
Should be in possession of a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production Engineering or any other related field from a recognised academic institution, Must be between 30-40 yrs of age, Minimum of 5 yrs work experience in a manufacturing industry, Must have very good supervisory and communication skills
