Logistics Assistant – Save the Children - Lilongwe
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Logistics Assistant will support the logistics dept in procurement and asset management that includes collecting quotations and delivering local purchase orders to vendors, She/he will also be involved in updating SCI asset record and tracking of SCI assets including supporting in photocopying and filing documents in the dept
Applicants should have a Diploma in Procurement and Supply or Logistics with 2 yrs experience in logistics management in a busy organisations, She/he should also have ability to prioritise assignments, demonstrable computer skills (knowledge of spreadsheet, word and database packages), Experience in NGO will be an added advantage
