Purpose of Programme
The Young Professionals Programme (YPP) provides introductory professional development opportunities to Young Professionals (YPs), who would like to work in the international development field within a commercial and technical project management framework. By targeting young graduates and providing them with an opportunity to work and live overseas, the programme is an investment in human resource development. The YPs taking part in the programme can expect to work in the various GRM Futures Group offices around the world in over 60 countries including the United Arab Emirates, United States, England, Indonesia, South Africa, Afghanistan and Nigeria – giving them exposure to such core business aspects such as project management and business development activities. The advertised position is aimed at significantly strengthening the YP‘s knowledge, and their understanding and experience in international development from a commercial project management perspective.
Primary Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will be coordinated by your Young Professional Manager and will pertain to your current business unit. You will be expected to deliver administrative, research, operational, financial, compliance, and consult support for assigned international projects.
