Senior Programme Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation Community Health

You will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.  Good understanding of public Health systems, policies and practices in Malawi and the region.  Experience in Maternal Neonatal and child Health programming.  Traceable experience in Health Governance and monitoring, Traceable experience in fundraising and managing large donor funded programmes/project.  Traceable experience in Programme management, Financial management, Traceable experience in managing Institutional donors/institutional donor projects

Programme Coordinator – Family Planning 2020

We are looking for a person with a minimum of Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline related to health, in particular sexual reproductive health, Understanding of issues of governance, power and rights, Understanding of advocacy, campaigning and lobbying, proven knowledge and experience in managing community health governance/advocacy Programmes, including family planning.  Significant experience in international development preferably in accountability or governance good understanding of the sexual and Reproductive Health systems, policies and practice in Malawi and the region, Familiarity with programme cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation, Direct experience of Programme appraisal, monitoring and evaluation and of developing partners’ capacity, Understanding of financial controls and procedures evaluation’ Experience of facilitation, training and network building

Project Officer – Family Planning 2020

 Experience of managing large and complex budgets and partner portfolio
