Fleet and Security Officer – National Office – World Vision International  

To contribute to the effective functioning of the World Vision Malawi office through provision of security services and effectively managed and servicing of vehicle fleet 

Help ensure that all World Vision Malawi staff have adequate security protection, as appropriate in their work environment, help maintain good relation with providers of security information and SARO region to ensure that proper information is available to support the security needs of the world Vision Malawi staff and program, Manage relationship with contracted guard service to ensure that all offices, and expatriate housing have adequate security coverage, monitor guards, Provide security briefings to all visitors, Maintain insurance on all vehicles and motorbikes, Provide monthly reports on usage and fuel consumption for motorcycles and vehicles, Track GPS on all WV Malawi vehicles, Track GPS on all WV Malawi vehicles for repairs and maintenance purposes, Ensure that all World Vision Malawi vehicles are maintained and manage dwell, Coach and supervise the Team, Resource staff as appropriate within the approved structures  

Degree in Business Administration, 3-5 yrs work experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Effective leadership and organisational skills, Interpersonal and customer skills, Ability to prioritise, and work under pressure and meet deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to motivate, lead and delegate work, Effective leadership and organisational skills, Interpersonal and customer service skills, Proactive, flexible and analytical skills, Planning and organising skills, Quick to respond to problems, Computer literacy, Team player .

Office based and sometimes travel be made to the ADPs, on call 24/7 for emergencies
