Part Time Facilitators – National Construction Industry Council
For the Foremanship course, Under the supervision of the Training Director and overall guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, the Facilitators ill be required to plan and prepare lessons and courses to meet the students’ learning needs in accordance with the syllabus, Facilitate the lessons to achieve the curriculum objectives consistent with the needs of students and the industry , Set and mark work and examinations allocated for students and assess record and report on their development and attainment to ensure that satisfactory progress is tracked and student performance achieved, Maintain up-to-date knowledge of techniques, resources and developments in the construction industry to ensure that students’ Learning is as effective as possible, Make an effective contribution to the course content review
Part time facilitators are paid per hour at the rates approved by the Council which include teaching time, preparation and marking
Good interpersonal skills, Organised, Effective written and spoken communication, Enthusiastic, Flexible, Willing to update and adapt skills as required by the demands of the role, customer focused
Applicants should be holders of a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying and any other Construction related Degree forma reputable University
