Gap Coordinator – Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited
Prepare materials and conduct training for trainers in all commercial tobacco farming areas, Plan and conduct field trails Supervise and coach subordinates under his/her charge, Oversee Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Compliance and Social Responsibilities in tobacco production
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture with bias in tobacco production from a recognised institution, At least 3 yr work experience in training with both commercial and smallholder farmers, computer literate, Resilience to start an operation and guide it through to accomplishment with results, Knowledge of Good Agriculture Practices Compliance and Social Responsibility in tobacco production, Very good communication skills, Able to work long hours with minimum supervision, able to meet strict reporting deadlines, Must have a valid driver’s licence, Aged between 25 and 40 yrs
