Legal Officer – Export Development Fund – Head Office – Lilongwe

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, successful candidate will among other duties be responsible for Handling conveyancing, Conducting litigation, Conducting legal research, Drafting and vetting of legal documents, Providing sound legal advice, Managing contracts, Managing the deeds registry, Handling other assignments in line with demands of the position
Must possess a Bachelor of Laws Degree and 3 yrs post graduate experience, Must be below 35 yrs of age, Must be admitted to the Malawi Bar an d possess a practising licence, Experience in active litigation with bias towards trade finance, commercial, contract and labour laws, Knowledge of the financial services industry, Have analytical skill and good judgement
