Team Leader - Medecins Sans Frontieres-Belgium
Medecins Sans Frontieres-Belgium is an international, medical, non-governmental humanitarian organisation that assist populations in distress in more than 60 countries around the world. In Malawi, MSF works in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in integrated HIV/AIDS projects in Thyolo and Nsanje districts
Carry out and/or supervise the (decentralised) pharmacy and medical equipment management (drugs orders, follow-up of the sock, storage conditions, inventories, follow-up of expired drugs and their destruction, drugs consumption, etc) in his or her dept, in order to order to satisfy the needs of material with efficiency and effectiveness, Carry out the functions and task associated to clinical care, clinical mentorship and training on HIV/TB/STI management, Implement all the MoH protocols and supervise his/her team follow the same standards, in order to warrant the quality of the care and service in the clinics where he/she is working, Organise and coordinate the activities of his/her team (week’s schedule, annual leave, absences, etc), evaluate their performance and define and ensure the needs for training of staff, in order to ensure the coverage of the human resources needs and maintain high standards of quality
Diploma/Degree in Clinical Officer or Senior Nurse, ART/PMTCT integrated guidelines MoH certified provider, More than 2 yrs of experience in general patient management, the Management of HIV/TB, Previous experience with an NGO is an advantage, Excellent communication skills, Excellent computer skills especially in word, Excel and power Point, Experience in Managing people
