Applicants must be mature individuals who are above the age of 30 yrs, Must have worked in the same capacity for a period of not less than 5 yrs, Those applying should have a minimum of an Advanced Diploma in human Resource, Management and very conversant with the application of Labour Laws, Self starters who are able to handle pressure of work arising from a large workforce would have an added advantage, Must have sound computer skills and a good knowledge of payroll processes.
