Management of people and culture management responsibilities, projects and activities for his/her area of responsibility by providing technical leadership, advice and support to management and staff 

Management of people an culture management responsibilities, projects and activities for his/her area of responsibility by providing technical leadership, advice and support to managers, Work with managers and staff t promote a culture, impart skills and implement systems and processes aimed at ensuring that cases of breach of discipline are not only brought to the attention of relevant authorities but are also managed appropriately 

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job-training 
Bachelors Deg rein Business Administration, Human Resources or related field , At least 5 yrs experience at managerial level in human resources management, Preferred - Masters Degree in related field 

Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denomination diversities, Perform other duties as required
