TfaC Partnership and International Compliance Ensure Tfac Malawi financial and HR procedures are compliant with TfaC Partnership requirements and contribute to organisational development
Strategic Leadership Deputise for the Country Director to ensure effective delivery of TfaC’s goal and strategic plan
ACCA/ACA/CPA (or other equivalent) qualified accountant, 5 yrs experience working with NGOs in progressively senior roles, At least 3 yrs experience at Senior Management Level, Excellent understanding of business and financial planning including strategic modelling, Excellent analytical skills – the ability to analyse complex financial data and design and produce effective management information, Excellent experience of budgeting and budget management, Excellent understanding of financial, operational and administrative subsystems and procedures, Ability to contribute to lead strategic decisions, Excellent experience of computerised accounts packages, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks and Word, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines, Ability to build a proactive an d high performing team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing
support and advice as necessary, Understanding of TfaC’s vision and mission and a commitment to its objective and values, written and verbal fluency in English
