Ensure use of smart agriculture practices such as conservation agriculture win all agriculture related activities for quality and progress achieving project targets, Supervise and liaise with the njira community volunteers and relevant stakeholders in organisation and training of farmer groups in designated areas, Collect output information for monthly and quarterly reports on project activities, Assist in ancillary activities such as monitoring and evaluation, data quality assurance, surveying, open days, hosting of visitors and joint stakeholder project activities monitoring, attending meetings related to the program as requested, Work with the whole agriculture sector team to develop and implement a team strategy for ensuring achievement of project objectives, integration and synergy between all areas of program intervention, Maintaining communication with community leaders and members and relevant stakeholders in relation to the assigned technical
activities being carried out within the communities
Diploma in Agriculture, 3 yrs working experience in relevant position, Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills, Computer competency in world and Excel, Should have a team working spirit, Motorcycle riding licence a plus
