Customer support Engineers is expected to possess qualifications in the field of ICT to service our valued customers with a very good flair of language and demonstrate etiquette with courteous demeanor
Provide customer support services and Call centre functions, Product installation and trouble shooting, Flexible and multi-tasking ability to produce results
Diploma Qualification in the field of ICT from a recognised institute with Microsoft Certified professional, CISCO Certificate, Linux and network experience, Minimum of 4 yrs experience in customer support or a similar profile
